This is with reference to the INA visit by the hospitality students in Wednesday the 25th August 2014. I would like to thank you on behalf of the students as they all found it as a very innovative way of learning and found the trip informative.
During our trip students got an opportunity to look at the various cuts of meat and poultry including head, tail and trotters. Students got a very rare opportunity to see live crabs and how they are cooked. Students got an opportunity to look at various other kinds of seafood like calamari, jumbo prawns and fish etc.
At Delhi Haat the students got an opportunity to look at the various aspects of food and beverage outlets and the regional cuisines of India
